When I started my fitness journey about 2 years ago I was 500 pounds and could barely walk into the gym,let alone do much once I got there. Walking around the grocery store and back to my car with groceries was enough to cause an asthma attack. I was on blood pressure meds and could barely move. I would get infections in my legs from lack of circulation. I doubt I would have lived another 5 years. Fast forward 2 years of working my butt off, literally, and I am half the man I used to be. I have lost 250 pounds and 25% body fat. I went from a 6x shirt to a 3x shirt. From 4x shorts to xl. I can buy clothes from a normal store instead of special ordered online. I am off my blood pressure meds and feel better than I ever have. I am in control of my life and am making the changes to make it stick. I worked with erik 2 years and the most important thing for me having erik was accountability. Don’t let any excuse get in your way. Find your motivation and stick to it.
